Our technicians will endeavour to repair your pc onsite however, sometimes there is a more critical error that requires the repair to be carried out in our state of the art work shop. Please note that should any call out job require more than 1 hour’s labour, this will be considered as a workshop repair and with your (the client’s) permission our technician will transport your pc to our workshop to perform the necessary repair/s. Our offices will always consult with you prior to any additional work that may need to be carried out for a successful repair. WE WILL NOT UPGRADE OR REPAIR ANYTHING WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. Your pc will always be respected and cared for as if it were our own and you are welcome to collect it or have it re-delivered to you.
